Within an established neighborhood, this home design uses creative detailing with a simple form and efficient stacking of functions spaces to maximize efficiency. The simple rectangular form uses contrasting metal siding and simple framing alterations to define the separation of functions. Window orientation and infill panels orient with the use of the spaces and control the view within the context of the site. The new home creates an industrial modern spark to reignite this neighborhood.
