This project explores the potential of bringing new life into a neglected home. The process re-envisioned every aspect of the existing structure. Exterior materials and massings provided order to the exterior envelope. A new open stairway connects the levels of the home. Large windows across the back bring in light and surrounding landscape views. The design reconnected the interior spaces and created a warm modern home, full of life.
